Pir Chinasi

Leading the largest trip of my career to Pir Chinasi with over 170 participants was an unforgettable experience, especially as it was my first time organizing a trip in Kashmir. We traveled from Islamabad to Muzaffarabad, then onward to Pir Chinasi, where snow-blocked roads required a 20-minute hike to reach the top. The snow-covered peak of Pir Chinasi offered stunning winter views and was truly the highlight of the day. The adventure was filled with fun and excitement, including impromptu snowball fights and sledding, with everyone enjoying the journey.

At the summit, the serene beauty of the Pir Chinasi shrine and the breathtaking view of the snow-clad landscape made the trek worthwhile. After savoring the views and creating lasting memories, we returned to Muzaffarabad around sunset and enjoyed a delicious dinner at Khudadad Restaurant. The warmth of the meal was a perfect contrast to the chilly day.

The fun didn’t stop there—we joined in a nearby wedding celebration, dancing to the lively beats of Dohlak music, making the night even more memorable. By midnight, we were back on the road to Islamabad, with everyone cherishing the day’s adventure. It was an unforgettable trip filled with nature, fun, and great company.

We dined again at Punjab Tikka and stayed at the same hotel.
